My Cloud EX4100 Cloud Access Error

Hello there, I am experiencing a really persistent problem and nowhere I can find a viable solution.
Although the EX4100 informs me that it is connected to the Cloud service, everytime time that I try to send an invitation to an email, then the following error appears:

Something went wrong, please check that you have an active Internet connection and try again.

(Error Code: 409)

The logs do not display it, in order to attach them to this thread.
The firmware that the system has right now is the: 5.16.105

Of course the EX4100 has internet connection, since I am able to access it from the android app without any problem. Moreover, when I disable the Cloud Access and enable it again and try to sign in with wrong credentials the system displays the following, meaning that it has active connection:

Wrong email or password

(Error Code: 401)

Hello @Keerti_01,

thank you for your advice! I followed the instruction for the Error Code and the problem is fixed now.
But the main concern is that I lost all my settings and I had to start over the setup of the device, since I had to perform a System Only restore.
I hope that it will not be an issue at the future again.
