Error logging into the cloud account

good morning, i have an error when logging into my cloud account, right after updating the firmware from os 3 to 5, the error message is as follows "Something went wrong, check if you have an active internet connection and try again ", it has already been verified and does have internet, Model of my Ex4100 equipment, I hope you can help me!.

You may want to post this in the correct sub-forum for your device. Maybe someone with the same device as you has had this problem.

In addition to what has been already posted. Use the forum search feature, magnifying glass icon upper right and search the OS5 subforum. There are a number of people having the same or similar issue right after updating to OS5 where they are getting the "Something went wrong, check if you have an active internet connection and try again " message. There may be solutions, answers or just people to commiserate with over their problematic update to OS5.
