Hi,
a few days ago, I updated my MyCloud EX2 Ultra to the newest firmware (v. 2.31.195).
After that, the system rebootet and encrypted all my data. Thats ok so far, because i set it up to encrypt on every reboot.
But now it doesnt accept the password for decryption anymore.
I am sure i entered the correct password.
I tried it a lot of times, i rebootet again, i turned it off an on, nothing helped.
Has anyone an idea how to solve the problem, that i get access to my data again?
I would be very thankful for help. Thanks!
