Empty recycling bin after deleting

My Cloud OS 3 Personal & Network Attached Storage My Cloud EX2

I have enabled the recycling bin and can see it from the explorer (WIN 10).
When I deleted a file from file explorer it says:

The file is permanent deleted and the bin remains always empty.

How can I do to send the deleted items to the bin?
