I have a folder containing very large .MOV files that I want to share with a client. What is the best way to do this?

Using the WD My Cloud software, I used the dropdown menu on that folder and selected ‘email’. I sent it to myself to test and the link it provided just returns the following:

 

wdmycloudex4.device866111.wd2go.com is unavailable or may not exist

Do I have to add a user each time I want to share a folder with someone? Can I not simply share a folder like I would with Dropbox?

Are you able to test that within a different network?

Also try sharing only one file not the whole folder.
