Dropbox app stop synchronize

Hi
We bought the WD EX4 for our office especially for the integration of dropbox app. All well until dropbox stop synchronizing after some days. On status it just say : “sync paused”. I’m pressing the button “sync now” and nothing happen. It is working again only if I reinstall the app., but after a day or 2 stop again. This is very disappointing and I already lost a lot of working time of the office. Please let me know how to fix this issue. Thank you

I recommend you try doing a device reset and/or a system only restore.
