Used the Dropbox app with my DL4100 since day one and it’s worked pretty well, however it now seems to be in a permanent state of Sync Paused, I have tried everything to resolve this, restarted the app, re-synced the config, reinstalled the app, rebooted the unit but nothing seems to work.
Maybe you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this.

Normally the app vendor support (aka. Dropbox) would need to be contacted to try and get the app updated/corrected. Is the Dropbox app something that WD created or Dropbox?
This issue is still there.
I contacted WD support and they told me I have to contact vendor, Dropbox. I called them, and they told me I have to contact WD. Basically, no one takes responsibility and no one fixes this issue. In WD settings, I changed Dropbox interval sync to 15 min, and I see this issue less often.
