We bought the WD EX4100 for office especially for the integration of dropbox app. All well until dropbox stop synchronizing after some days. On status it just say : “sync paused”. I’m pressing the button “sync now” and nothing happen. It is working again only if I reinstall the app., but after a day or 2 stop again. This is very disappointing and I already lost a lot of working time of the office. Please let me know how to fix this issue. Thank you.
