I use the dropbox app to sync a share with dropbox. It no longer works. When I press sync, it says “Sync Paused” almost instantly. I have uninstalled, rebooted, reconfigured, to no avail. Once in a while I see a message that says “Unable to connect to dropbox” but then it goes away. I know it has access to the internet.
I notice that there are a few other threads like this that are rather old.
What can I do about it? I spent a lot of time with Dropbox support and they keep saying “Talk to Western Digital developers to see why it’s not working”.
Is there a log or something I can look at that might shed light on what is failing and how to fix it?
