Dragraded raid status

Hello everyone,

I recently bought My Book Duo 16tb configured in raid 1.
Today I opened my MacBook and the led indicator is orange.
I went into WD drive Utilities - raid management and is says " Degraded. Raid is degraded because only one drive is working … etc.
Drive 1 Status Online
Drive 2 Status Online.

Both are online, is maybe a problem with software?
If I try to rebuild, will I loose my data?

Well, you can first diagnose the drive and then if the drive status results as fails then initiate the replacement if the drive is under warranty.
