I’m not an expert. Since yesterday I have an EX2 device with a total of 12GB (2 x 6GB), I only see one HD and I don’t see the 2nd … I read the manual about an internal backup but if I don’t see the 2nd HD how can HD1 be back upped to HD2 ???
What RAID mode do you have configured? If you didn’t set one, it’s set to RAID1 which is both drives mirrored. You can’t access each drive independently.
