DL2100 only Network LED flashe

Hi Group,
my problem is, that my DL2100 could not start. After pressing the Powerbutton nothing starts. No van, no blue LED. After a while both LED of the two Harddriveslots are red.
I tryed the reset, the wakeup over Lan but nothing happend. Only the two Led for LAN on the backside are flashing.
Anyone any idea what I can do?

Are you able to log into the dashboard?

How are the drives arranged? Span? Mirror? JBOD?

Did you have a power interruption right before this happened? Did you do anything right before this happened to it (like replace drive, reboot)?

Solid RED leds on the drives is a bad sign. Do you have backups?

To your questions.

  1. No no network connection or access possible.
  2. Two WD red 4TB within Raid1 (Mirror)
  3. Yes, there was a power interuption. But the NAS was not running and not in standby. Before that the NAS was normally shutdown.
  4. The NAS is the backup. But the data are mostly available on my PC.
