Device user ID missing. (400014)

I was using the WD PHOTO app and every time I tried to upload photos, I couldnt connect to the wd my cloud ex2 I bought. I checked out the wdmycloud.com and it was offline. After checking my dashboard, I found the entries below this message. Now I cant delete those entries and cant get activation codes for devices. Every time I do that, the message “Device user ID missing. (400014)” appears. I can imagine every time the site wdmycloud.com is offline, things like this happens. I suggest to check out that. I know the last resort I have is to do a factory reset but I dont want to that every time WD bugs happen.
