Good Morning,
Since the update the new firmware in my unit My Cloud EX2 (v.1.04.05) has started giving problems Users are recommended and creating access codes to the cloud.
The error shown is: “Failed to create the device user (400073)”
I have reset the unit to factory settings and the problem is still happening. Sometimes leaving the user to create the first and sometimes you have to repeat the operation several times.
That is what is happening ??
