Are you able to provide an image of what you are seeing? Are you on an Apple computer, Windows PC, etc.?

I have this same error. Multiple expired codes from 1970
Where is WD support??? I can’t believe they do such gorgeous hardware with such %&$·it! software!!!. Although I installed every firmware upgrade, this same issue, and the eternal DLNA database rescan time problems continue!!! I will install new clouds to customers in January, and unfortunately I will not buy WD anymore. Hope this helps others to think again when buying cloud hardware.
I am having the same problem as you…can’t get remote access on my device and have multiple expired devices dating from 1969!!! Is anyone from WD out there to support paying customers?!
