Hi,
I have a My Cloud Home 4TB. It shows that it is at 59% capacity. However, on my network when i look at the device, it lists the three folders I created for backups and they are all empty. They are empty when i access on my PC as well as on the ios App. I was previously backing up two pc’s to this device -backing up files as well as doing system image backups weekly. Now all of a sudden there is nothing there.
