Hello, new to this, I backed up all my important files to my Mycloud home 3tb. I had to upgrade to X64 and find my drive no problem and I can see I hve 150gb used but I cannot see the files.

Help as I need many of the files to complete my installation.

Drive is connected direct to router andwhen I connect all I see is the family folder which is empty.

@orkneys sounds like you may have put your files in the //MyCloud-XXXXX/Public share via Windows Samba
