"device offline"

Hello,

I have some problems with my WD My Cloud home duo, since I bought a new hard drive (which is working well ) I took out the old one with that data on.

I tried to configure the new one and it worked fine.

So I wanted to replace the old disk again (with files on it) and there it stands that the device is offline.

With the new drive this message is not coming, there ,everything is working fine.

But when I put again the old drive, it is not found and the message comes that the

DEVICE IS OFFLINE…

Maybe somebody can help me…

BTW the light is continously ON. Like it is working fine…

WD never reply us with about problem they closed my ticket but not answer me. I think this company not responsible before they sale this product for customers. I have a problem from 2018 until currently they can’t answer me I will to changed all from WD to other company my I think WD not friendly with my business.

The light of the WD My Cloud home duo is solid white but the device is seen as offline.

I wait two more days to see what happens.

Is the My cloud home duo now rebuilding a new system on it ?

And I have downloaded the log file… It is about 137 MB large.

Can you see from the log file what was happened?
