I bought my Cloud recently and my iphone cannot access my WDMycloud remotely. But when I hook my iPhone via the same wifi router connection, it works fine. What is the cause of the issue please?
After I rest my cloud machine and the password is set to none under my device name. How can I set back a password for my log in for my device name?

Have you read the My Cloud User Manual (WD Documentation) for basic directions on how to setup the My Cloud using the My Cloud Dashboard (via a web browser) and for basic directions on how to configure and setup Remote Access?

I did but not working. After reading the forum, I switch off the cloud access in the setting of the dashboard and on again, I can access and autoupload my photos into Mycloud.
