"Device my Cloud not found"

“Device my Cloud not found” is the message. Could this be because my laptop is connected to my router via the power network. So laptop via - lan cable - on Powerline (Devolo) - to the router.
Does anyone know that

@Samulek Have you read the User Manual for your generation of My Cloud? It will tell you how your My Cloud should be connected. See Chapter Three in either Manual, 1st generation or 2nd generation My Cloud. Use Link below for more information and links to the User Manuals.

Thanks for reply. Tried again later in the evening after about 3 hours, then it worked. Access with the mobile app also without problems. Desktop access via mycloud.com with laptop security certificate error. After the download of the desktop app, perfect function.
