Delete a device or a MyCloud account

Hello !

Last month my MyCloudHome stopped working and I couldn’t repair it so I had it changed.

Now I have a new disk that seems to be functional but I can’t get rid of the old one on my computer or on my MyCloud account. It says “device offline”, and I can’t find a way to erase it or add the new device.

This seems to be a common problem… It would be helpful if WD could improve upon the solution of “open a support ticket.”
