Dashboard Not updating

Dashboard is showing an incorrect amount of storage available after I backed up several Gig of Data. It’s not indicating that its indexing, the fans are not rolling up so i am at a loss of as to why the dashboard info is incorrect. I have tried logging out, disconnecting cloud storage, rebooting the UEX2 and still nothing.

Any ideas or anyone had similar issue?

@DJMD What type of backup? Windows File? 3rd party software? Internal Backup? USB 2 NAS? Sync? Copy? Incremental?
What’s the amount of Data Usage as shown at the backup share level?
