My Cloud EX4100 Dashboard Not Showing Everything

I have had my NAS for a few months now and it has been working fine until lately I went to check on backups and all the application options as well as many other features are just gone from the dashboard. I have tried several different browsers and restarted the NAS. I wan’t to be careful with trying to reset I would rather not lose any data if possible. I have to add that the drives work fine I am able to connect to the shares and move data. I just can’t use the Dashboard.
