Hi, my cloud is not connecting to my wifi only through dasboard. I cant logon…I would like to connect it directly to my laptop. When I plug in the ethernet cable, i cant find my cloud. what am i doing incorrectly please? All I want to do is plug it in directly and download photos without using wifi. is this possible?
