Connect WD My Cloud drive via Hard Drive Docking Station

Unable to access WD My Cloud for months. WD Helpline also gave up. Stable Yellow Light and no access directly connecting to iMac via Ethernet as earlier or via Router. Tried 4 Secs and 40 Secs Reset Button routine, no luck.

Could I remove the Drive from this casing and use in a Hard Drive Docking Station to a Mac and access files? Unable to access directly from Wd MyCloud and need to retrieve files.

Yes. but the disk has ext4 filesystems. So you will need to install the proper drivers to access ext4 filesystems.
