Confused? Yeah

I have had the older MyCloud for some time with no problems. I have been able to connect my desktop and an older laptop so that MyCloud show up as folders in File Explorer. It appears from all my recent efforts, I can no longer do that. It appears I must use MyCloud through my browser (which I do not wish to to do). Your help information is useless now that the changes have been made. Do I need to call the office?

What OS are you using?
Have you done a 4-second reset after the firmware upgrade?
What firmware version has it upgraded to?
What method are you using to try to map the Shares?

Thanks for the thought. After searching around like a lost puppy, I finally figured it out.

What I wanted to do was map the network folders. Just forgot that was the term and how to do it.

Frustration deleted.
