Conflict file copy (Code: 52)

Hi,
I’m using Web Tool “WD Network Import” to copy/sync files from my “old” MyCloud to My Cloud Home, after a short while of trying to connect I get the message “Conflict file copy (Code: 52)”.

  • Access to all directories via MAC Mojave and/or Win7
  • Reboot solved the problem for a short time, then it starts again
  • Reset worked for a while too.
  • Latest firmware update

Thoughts anyone? Any suggestion?

I am getting the same error code, after it supposedly lost connection with the old My Cloud I can’t start it again. I just get the same error code
