The My Cloud Home does not use OS5 v5.x firmware. The My Cloud Home is a completely different device than the My cloud line. What specific device do you have? If a My Cloud what specific My Cloud model? If My Cloud Home then see the dedicated subforum for the My Cloud Home devices.

I’ve just bought a My Cloud Home 8tb device and am getting the following message “Conflict file copy (Code: 52)” its stopping me pasting files

Hi, I’m using Web Tool “WD Network Import” to copy/sync files from my “old” MyCloud to My Cloud Home, after a short while of trying to connect I get the message “Conflict file copy (Code: 52)”. Access to all directories via MAC Mojave and/or Win7 Reboot solved the problem for a short time, then it starts again Reset worked for a while too. Latest firmware update Thoughts anyone?
