Error Code 36 - 8TB My cloud home

Hi Guys I am using a Macbook Pro M1 Chip with Big Sur and everytime I try to copy files from my Macbook to the my cloud home drive I get Error code 36 and the files do not transfer ,

I have tried dot_clean even that does not work

Some advice would be kindly appreciated
