My My Cloud has been working perfectly for 2 years now. I could access the device using my iPhone app and Apple Mac while away and at work. However since I installed the ClearOS Community Gateway at home there is no longer web access for my Mac and iPhone. I have added ports 80 & 443 What settings do I need to change in ClearOS to rectify the problem?
Those are the default ports, but it depends on your service provider. What’s the cloud access status in the Dashboard of your NAS?
