Changing HD in MyCloud Home Duo


I have a 2TB MyClud Home Duo and I want to put in Two 4TB drives in it instead.

I removed the original drives and replaced them with the new drives. It has been three days now and the light on the box is solid white but the system remains “offline” on all avenues of access.

Any guidance?



Are you able to access the device from the Web to configure the two new drives? If not, power cycle and try again.
