Help! I am trying to access my My Cloud Home devices from any device and from on my home network. I have a strong Internet connection. I am receiving the following error message:
“My Cloud is having trouble connecting to the server. Check your internet connection.”
I had zero problems connecting before today. The error message makes no sense. Clearly a problem on their end. Tried resetting the server, etc. No luck. Has anyone seen this before? If so, what do I do from here? Assume they are working on the problem and will come back up soon? Thankfully, Plex is working and I can access and play my stored media with no problems.
Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
