mycloud.com says my device is offline and I can’t log in. But it is online, I can access it with the app, mapped drive etc. Also my wife can log into mycloud.com and it says the device is online.
Why different results for two computers on the home network? I’d rather not start monkeying around with settings just for trial and error like the support pages suggest since I don’t want to cause other problems.
Are you using different browsers, computers or operating systems? If so have you tried something different? Have you tried logging in using your wife’s computer?
Thanks, I tried all those combinations with the same negative result and it dawned on me that the problem is the nut behind the wheel… I realized the email address I was trying to use is different than the one set up on the dashboard as my admin account for cloud access. I went ahead and re-set that password and now I’m in to mycloud.com.
Funny thing is the other email address I was trying to use did allow a sign in even though it showed the device offline and I don’t know how that happened as there is no user associated with that email address on the dashboard.
Another thing I don’t understand, in the dashboard under Cloud access for my admin account it says no cloud device has been configured, yet I’m accessing it through the mycloud app on my android device just fine. Is there anything I should be cleaning up there? thanks again!
Thanks. I can now log into mycloud.com once I figured out the correct email account. I can also access mycloud through the app on my android device. I"ve pasted a copy of my dashboard below.
