My Cloud Ex2 Ultra

Hi I have a problem, i can log in to my dashboard via browser but if i want to log in on mycloud.com it does not find the device. Can anybody help me? Thanks.

Same issue here. I can login locally but not over the internet through mycloud.com.

Both my WD MyCloud 2tb (Gen 1) & WD MyCloud 4tb (Gen 2) are visible and “online”, but the EX2 Ultra says “offline”.

Weirdly I can access Plex on the Ultra and that works fine over the internet.

I removed/deleted all the details that were under “Cloud Access” and resent the e-mails…and lo and behold it works now… Go figure.

I have set up a new email address at another provider. It works now! Thanks for your help
