Can't find my passport in my system anymore please help

when i plug in my passport in the usb it looks like it’s working and the LED light is on but nothing happens in my computer and i can’t find it my device manager and disk management and WD smartware software too.

i tried a diffrent cable and tired connecting it to another computer same thing nothing showing up and nothing happens i don’t know why it was working fine but when i turned off my computer for few days and turned it back on my passport not showing up anymore it looks it’s working but looks like it’s not connected at all please help.

It is possible the partition is corrupted. Just for troubleshooting purposes I recommend you try on another computer to verify if the issues remains. You can also try running a diagnostic using WD DLG.
