My passport stopped working. The light comes on when connected to the computer. It shows up in my device settings and it says that it is working correctly, but it dosn’t show up in my computer. I would like to either get to work again or at least recover some of files on the passport.
what does it say in Disk management?
you can run computer management and go to disk management.
disk management doesn’t recognize that its there. It only shows up when I
search for devices. It acknowledges that the device is there but it will
not allow me access to the contents of it.
