Can't create Account after upgrading from OS 3 to OS 5

My Cloud OS 5 Personal & Network Attached Storage My Cloud

I recently upgraded from OS 3 to OS 5. One of the instructions after upgrading is to create a new account. So I did. Unfortunately, it keeps giving me an error message, Failed to create user. Error code: 0.

Can someone please help me so I can enable cloud access for my WD My Cloud.

Now when I click on Create Cloud User Account. I am getting an error message

" This page isn’t working right now

192.168.1.XXX can’t currently handle this request.

500 Internal Server Error An internal fault condition has occurred.

As a troubleshooting step, reboot the My Cloud then try to create a Cloud User Acount and see if the error persists.
