Upgrade OS 5 Can't Configure cloud access, MyCloud 2TB

5 Months ago I did the upgrade. All works fine locally. When I try to configure cloud access I can’t. I click I go to users and select ADMIN. On the bar I click “cloud access”. Takes me to a screen that says “Cpnfigure Cloud Access”

It says retrieving users but never Finds any.

Same thing happens when I I click Cloud Access in the lower Right corner of the DashBoard screen. See Attached:

This is the 2nd problem I opened. Don’t see the original under my ID!!!

Did you create a new account and password when you updated to OS5?

Is anyone listed under Users?

Yes I did create a new account

I do show local users.

You should be aware that when I created the the account and then searched for and attached devise it said i didn’t have one. Never could figure our how to fix that. I did check to make sure my ICloud was compatible and it was on the list.
I just tried to logon a couple of yimes using the password saved in the browser


Kept Failing and I got this email

I clicked on the link to unlock it and got this message

But I still can’t log on and I see nowhere to reset the password!!!
