Hi,
I’m new to the WD My Could and would like some help with an issue. I have a 4TB and runs a Macbook Pro on Mavrick. The My Cloud is attached to my router (Netgear 6200) via ethernet.
I can access my shares on the drive via the My Cloud desktop app, mobile app and Dashboard. I can also see WDMyCloud appear in the Finder under SHARED. However, whenever I click on it, I can’t connect to the drive and a little “connection failed” message appears at the top.
I suspect it might have something to do with ports?
Any suggestion will be appreciated.
