Can't configure My Book Duo (usb) for RAID 01 on Mac Sierra

Hi all,
i can’t setup new My Book Duo (usb) for use RAID 01 on mac Sierra with WD Drive Utilities
the only option available on raid configuration page is RAID 0 (striped)
all other option are grey (unavailable)

any help?

Hello,
I tried to make raid 1 on this My Book Duo on the mac with el Capitan installed. unfortunately, there is the same problem. the only option available - raid 0.
i also using My Book Duo Thunderbolt and it works fine on both computers. the version WD Drive Utilities i use is 2.0.3.30 (latest)

any thoughts?

I’m having a slightly different problem. I can’t get the latest version of WD Drive Utilities to run on my iMac under Sierra

I’d like to pass along that I was having a terrible time trying to change my RAID configuration on my My Book Duo 12T, iMac with Mojave. The options were not there in the software. After re-installing the current version of WD Drive Utilities several times I came across this post and the screen cap saved me. In my app, the button for “Configuration” is blank until I click on it, then those controls appear and “RAID Status” disappears. Maybe the app is incompatible with Dark Mode.
