Can't access WD My Cloud Dashboard

Hi guys, I’ve not been able to access the My Cloud Dashboard for a few days now, when I go to the usual ip address; in Chorme I just get a message saying the webpage is not available.

I’ve also had trouble accessing the drive via internet explorer for a few days, I have to keep rebooting.

I’m using Windows 10, does anyone have any suggestions on a possible fix?

If your local DNS server is working correctly, you should be able to access by name. If your direct IP access isn’t working, you should check to see if your router has reallocated a DHCP IP address.
