I set up myCloud and had it all working on Windows 10, a few weeks ago. Just recently I wanted to backup some stuff to mycloud and cant. The icon is in the Network but when I click I get the web address for the admin account and not the user accounts I had created. I logged onto the admin account and all the users are there. How to I get to page to access myCloud using the user names I created?
Logout of the admin account and login using the username/password of one of the users and you’ll enter the “User Screen”
I tried to sign in using a user name and password that I had set up and it said I had to sign in using admin account.
What, exactly, are you logging in to?
The MyCloud Dashboard?
The mycloud.com remote access portal?
A network drive mapping?
