just got a new laptop with windows 8.1
i see mybooklive under storage but I cannot open it or copy to it how I use too.
mybooklive used to appear under “computer” in explorer
i downloaded the software but it says i cant copy to it.
please help

I downloaded and installed the software but was not able to configure.
The software saw my MybookLive but the configure button was greyed out and I could not click.
I can log into the web portion.

You should be able to access the MBL directly through a browser by its ip address our device name.
I can access the web portion via IP address
I am unable to access directly from my computer - like a mounted drive
What happens when you try to map a network drive through Windows?
have you try to access it via IP to mount it or view it?
