Can't access My Book Live

Have a 2TB My Book Live and I can’t access the drive.  When I try to access the drive through the WD Link Software, it opens “My Documents” Can’t access the Web UI tells me that I don’t have access on the server. When I try to access through my network, tells me it can’t find the host. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks!!

Check that the workgroup name is the same, follow the link below for some suggestions on how to map it manually.
