I bought it 2 days ago, when i plug it to router and ping the ip address it works. I installed WD software in my laptop running windows 7. Everything went well, i can manage users, shares and the rest of features but I cannot see mybooklive in windows explorer. However in other laptop running windows vista i am able to see mybooklive in windows explorer and can map it as well. Can anybody help me, why i cannot see mybooklive in laptop where i installed WD mybooklive management software?
