Cannot browse mybook live in explorer

I have a mybook live connected in my home network. I used browse it via windows explorer on my windows 10 laptop. For some reason, now I cannot browse it. When I click on the quick access link in windows explorer it comes up with an error - windows cannot access \mybooklive and if i click on the diagnose button it says - remote device wont accept connection.

I can ping the ip of the drive. I can login to dashboard as well.

Please help.

I have exactly the same problem

The SMB feature was already enabled on my computer. So I disabled the feature and rebooted the laptop, then enabled the SMB feature and rebooted the laptop. It didnt work. This was 3 days ago. But today to my surprise it has worked cannot confirm whether this solved the issue or something else.
