Can't Access Mapped Shared Folder since Windows 1903

I generally access my My Cloud Home Drive by using a mapped drive in Windows 10.

Since updating to Windows 10 Pro 1903 (Build 18362.449) one of my computers I now get an error:

'An error occurred while connecting to \mycloud-xxxxxx\Public … the specified network name is no longer available

The odd thing is it works on another computer with exactly the same Windows Build installed.

So far I’ve tried:

  • Turning on SMB 1.0/CIFS File Sharing Support
  • Setting the Lanman Workstation Policy to Allows Guest Logins

Those are the typical fixes, I am able to ping mycloud-xxxxxx so DNS appears to be working just fine.

Edit: Also notice that the hard drive is showing as a computer in the Network folder, but when I click on it I get the error Windows cannot access \mycloud-xxxxxx

Second Edit: After rebooting the My Cloud it seems to now be accessible from both computers again, which is weird as the computer having problems had been rebooted several times. Hopefully plain sailing again now.
