Can't access Home Cloud single

Hello,

I have a WD home cloud single 4 tb. It wont access to my network, I have tried getting help from WD support, but with no help. Their last answer were that I should do a system erase. But I want to get my files before I do that.

I have taken the harddisk out and now trying to get access to my files with a cable.

Im trying to find a Data recovery program so I can access my files.

Does any of you know how to get access to my files.

Thanks. By the way, for your issue, I’d recommend you to use any of data recovery software. All of them are doing same thing. For a professional data recovery, you should check for your local data recovery shops. They use different kind of devices and softwares.
