Can't see my files

I hope someone can help with this. I suddenly lost access to all my files on my MyCloud. I can get to the dashboard through the WD website, and can see my shares and users. But I can’t access the files or even get to the drive, either through the web, or from Win 10 or Linux. I have an icon for the device under Network, but when I try to get in, it says “unable to mount location”. I’ve tried rebooting the device, and resetting the network cable. The drive is spinning inside, and there is a blue activity light in front, and a network link light in back. Any suggestions? Is there any way to rescue my data at least?
