Can't access dashboard and installation my cloud setup

Hi all,

please help us my below problem if any one have solution

We have My cloud mirror gen 2
we already connected to network “blue led device turn on”
but when i try to setup with my cloud setup, but it showing my device not found

in several time i was try with download driver installation with same product, showing blank Login and Password still and i still can connect…

any wrong with my device or any step i forgot?

Have you tried resetting the unit and trying to setup the unit again?

You dont need drivers or anything to setup. Once the blue LEDs are solid, just go to dashboard: http://wdmycloudmirror/
or if you’re on a mac / linux: http://mycloudmirror.local

If you setup the unit already where it brings you the the login screen and you cant log in, reset the pw by holding the reset for ~5 seconds until the LEDs start blinking
